Authorities arrested Afghan national Mohammad Dawood Alokozay after he allegedly posted a TikTok video claiming he was building a bomb aimed at the Fort Worth area. He is charged with making a terroristic threat and previously entered the U.S. through Operation Allies Welcome, becoming a lawful permanent resident in 2022. ICE has issued a detainer on him.
